Project Description

Sitting atop a hill overlooking the city of Moosnick is this Second Empire style estate that belonged to Raymond Greenwell, railroad tycoon. This “house” was built in the 1860′s following the Civil War in the French architectural style that became popular during the rein of Napoleon III. It has a brick facade with white trim and includes many of the new amenities at the time including gas lighting and indoor plumbing.
